Privacy Policy
Last updated 3 August 2026
OmeDebate is a “would you rather” game. This policy explains what happens to data when you use the app or the website at vsvs.app.
The short version
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or contact details. We cannot identify you from your use of the game.
What we collect
•
No account data. There is no sign-up, sign-in, or profile.
•
Your answers stay on your device. Which option you pick is used to show the result screen and is not linked to any identifier.
•
Standard technical data. Like any internet service, our servers and hosting providers process requests that include your IP address, device type, and time of request, in order to deliver content and keep the service secure.
Third-party services
The app loads content from services that receive your request in order to serve it:
•
Hosting and content delivery, used to serve the app and the question data.
•
Image providers, used for the photographs shown on the question cards.
•
Advertising partners on the website, which may use cookies or similar technologies to measure and personalise ads. Where required, you will be asked for consent, and you can adjust ad personalisation through your device or browser settings.
Children
OmeDebate is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Some question categories are intended for a mature audience.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data relating to you, or to object to its processing. Because we do not hold data that identifies you, we may be unable to locate any information tied to you specifically. You can still contact us with any request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above will change with it. Continuing to use OmeDebate after an update means you accept the revised policy.
